"Bushwacking for Dummies"
Basic Navigation |
Goal is to develop proficiency in
- Reading topographic maps
- Land navigation by map and compass
- Plotting latitude and longitude on topo maps
- Entering coordinates into a GPS receiver
- Use of a GPS receiver in land navigation

"Rock-n-Rope"
Rockclimbing and Basic Systems |

- Identifying the technical gear used in the vertical environment
- Knot tying
