Financial Options

Nawa Academy recognizes that each family has different financial needs and goals. That is why we offer you these financial options:

1. Pay by Credit Card
Nawa Academy is proud to offer a pay by credit card service provided through US Tuition, LLC. Parents can now enjoy the flexibility and convenience of paying tuition by credit card (American Express, Master Card, or Discover). Just access the US Tuition, LLC secure pay website or via phone during their business hours. The process is simple and quick. The cost to process your tuition payments through US Tuition, LLC is a nominal single transaction charge. If you elect to use this option, your payment, along with a convenience fee will be automatically charged to your credit card. For additional information, please click on the link directly below or contact our Office of Admissions.

Please note: If you access the US Tuition site, leave the field entry blank which asks for: "Student ID or Acct Number"

2. Make Monthly Payments

Please note: While it is possible to access the Education Loan Source website and calculate monthly payment options, we recommend that you do not finalize the process by paying their one-time application fee of $75 until the Nawa Academy application and interview process is complete.

3. Scholarship/Financial Assistance
Nawa Academy has limited financial assistance in the form of scholarships for families. This is not a loan. Scholarship awards are applied against the cost of room, board and tuition only. All applicable fees must be paid in full either by the family or the party that is financially responsible for the student. Each request is carefully reviewed by our Finance Committee with a determination made usually within five working days.

Required steps for review of financial assistance:
    1. Submit the completed Nawa Academy school year application to our Office of Admissions
    2. Request a release of transcripts from the current school (transcript release form is included in the Nawa Academy application)
      • Submit the request for financial aid, addressing the following items:
      • Full names of legal guardian/s and the student applying for admission
      • Name of person(s) who is financially responsible for student
      • Age and current grade level of applicant
      • Reason for request of financial aid
      • Amount of financial aid requested
      • Why you feel Nawa Academy may be the right learning environment for your child
      • Your goals as a parent for your child while at Nawa Academy
      • Applicant's goals for attending Nawa Academy
      • Which of our programs is desired
      • Enrollment date desired

They feature multiple loan products with competitive rates, and a possible deferral of interest for up to 6 months with no prepayment penalties or cancellation fees.
