College and Transitional Counseling

For the past 20 years, students at Nawa Academy have experienced academic
success and realized their dream of attending a college or university.

We recognize that the process of selecting and applying to the right college or university is overwhelming for many families. Our goal is to facilitate a transition for each graduate that best matches needs, interests, support, and the opportunity for success. To accomplish this, our Dean's Department works with juniors (grade 11) and seniors (grade12) to identify the right fit.

College Counseling includes

  4. Advice on selecting colleges and universities that best fit the needs and goals of each student

  7. Assisting with scheduling visits to college or university campuses
  8. Exposing students to college and university campuses and college fairs
  9. Simplifying the process for the student and the family
  10. Aid in organizing access to supportive services in the collegiate environment
